I recently joined
the AFL "Life Members Club" after playing over 300 games,"
says Andrew Bews of the Brisbane Lions. "As an athlete I've always
been interested in nutrition and anything that would enhance my playing
performance. I've found that I have extra energy on difficult nights of
training or on early mornings, and the nutritional products allow me to
make it at the top with players half my age."

pre-season I have been able to better all of my personal best fitness
results and strength tests even after 17 years at senior AFL level, not
bad for an old bloke."
"For the record,
I was only looking to improve my reserves of stamina, but I did receive
a little side benefit. My playing weight has shifted from 82 to 78 kilos.
I feel absolutely charged without having to drag that extra baggage around
the field."
